  • Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Standard Shipping: You will receive your order within 7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and courier service conditions.
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹2000.
  • A nominal shipping fee applies for orders below ₹2000.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its status.
  • If you receive a damaged product or an incomplete order, please contact us at hello@majafi.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
  • Due to the nature of herbal products, we do not accept returns.
  • Refunds or replacements are only issued for damaged or incorrect products.
